Greg is involve in the psychological assessment of candidates for mission for a number of different organisations. As part of this work, he is often involved in debriefing or consulting during difficult situations. His organisation, The Mindspace, has also provided training for mission organisations around issues of burnout, mental health, assessment and interviews, and TCK issues.
